What to Expect in Upon Arrival at NAVY ELITE SWIM CAMPS

Registration at Bancroft Hall:
- All campers will be registered at Bancroft Hall (dormitories). Families are welcome to assist with room setup.
Driving Instructions:
- We recommend parking in town and walking through Gate 1. Upon entering the main entrance, a staff member will meet you and guide you to Bancroft Hall.
- 15-minute parking at Gate 1 is available for dropping off bags and gaining quick access. Extended parking is available in town.
Flying Instructions:
- A staff member will meet you at baggage claim. Once a group is full, transportation to the Academy for registration will be provided.
- Please inform us of any flight changes or delays. Contact John Morrison at 732-779-1607.
ID Requirements:
- A valid ID, such as a Driver's License or passport, is required to enter the Naval Academy.
ID for Minors:
- Minors do not need an ID. However, a school ID can be presented for faster access.
Note: Make sure to eat a healthy lunch before checking in, as the first meal at camp will be dinner. You may check in, leave with your family member to get lunch, and return for registration.
Access Guidelines (Effective April 6, 2016):
- Visitors from Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Washington State, as well as those with an ID card from American Samoa, must present a second personal identification card along with their driver's license for access to the USNA.
- A valid U.S. Passport grants admittance regardless of the state of residence.
Registration Day Schedule
- 12:00-15:00: Registration
- 15:30: Welcome Meeting (parents are welcome to attend)
- 16:30: Ice Breakers/Campus Tour
- 17:45: Dinner
- 19:00: Videotaping
- 20:00: Stroke Talk (freestyle)
- 22:00: Lights Out
